Elizabeth May Daughter Is Taking On NDP Ruth Ellen Brosseau in Berthier—Maskinongé

Elizabeth May daughter Victoria May Burton is waging a campaign to oust NDP Ruth Ellen Brosseau in Berthier—Maskinongé. Victoria May is the official Green Party candidate ready to take on Ruth Ellen.
Her reasoning is if Ruth Ellen can win by only placing her name on the ballot, why can't it happen to her.
Why aren't more people talking about the battle of these two high profile candidates?
When did May-Burton announce her candidacy?
I guess I'm thinking that prior to 8:14 pm, you weren't either.
Elizabeth May's daughter is a "high profile" candidate?
Her campaign website doesn't even have a picture: http://www.greenparty.ca/en/riding/2013-24012
That could be because her profile is too high?
What an insulting development. REB has worked hard in her riding, is respected and well regarded in it, and has proven herself worthy to sit in the HOC. The Greens are shameless, and May obviouusy is incapableof feeling ANY kind of shame. This is a real reflection on Elizabeth May, and a revealing insight to what May is REALLY like. She is a shameless LPC Wolf shill in Green Sheep's clothing
May Burton admits that she is a paper candidate there to fly the flag and give people a chance to vote Green if they want. She doesn't expect to win and is not campaigning.

Arthur Cramer, the NDP had its chance to do a deal with the Greens and passed on it. Every party tries to run in every riding. What makes you think that the NDP has some special kind of entitlement?
Standing for election is "insulting" and "shameless" now?
Should all hard working MP's (of all parties?) be allowed to run for re-election unopposed?
Elizabeth May told Power Play last week she can never get Mulcair on the phone to talk about issues. Wheras with Trudeau at least he returns her phone calls.
According to Mulcair they already HOLD over 100 seats and just need 35 more to defeat Stephen Harper.
Well said.
Sounds like time for a mother-daughter talk.
"Honey, remember when your father and I told you about the Tooth Fairy and the Easter Bunny, and then you found out it wasn't true? Well.... when I told you I was the leader of a popular federal party that's going to do great things in 2015, let's just say that was kind of like the Easter Bunny, but without chocolate."
