Former NIST mathematician says its investigation of 9/11 WTC collapses appears to be a coverup

Another small breakthrough in the alleged coverup of the 9/11 WTC collapses has occurred after a mathematician, Peter Ketcham, who was employed on the technical staff at NIST for 14 years, has  come out to claim, in so many words, that the official NIST reports on the 9/11 building collapses were shoddy pieces of work which did not adhere to scientific standards.  NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) was the official US gov’t agency  which was responsible for investigating and reporting on the causes of the three 9/11/2001 WTC collapses of WTC1, WTC2, and WTC7. Ketcham has said it appeared the NIST investigators had decided on a conclusion first and then tried to shape or select the evidence to fit their predetermined conclusion.

Ketcham is no longer a NIST employee but did work there as a member of the NIST technical staff for 14 years, including the period while the 9/11 investigations were taking place, although he wasn’t directly involved with any of the 9/11 investigations himself.  He has confessed that he is now embarrassed that he did not really pay attention to the contents of the 9/11 reports when they were first released and just assumed that since NIST was a US government agency and a reputable organization everything would be above board and legit.  That was until he was prompted by an aquaintance to review the various reports and videos by engineers and scientists critical of the NIST reports’ conclusions, investigate the matter for himself and come to his own conclusion. He now says a more thoroush look into the matter led him to conclude the NIST investigation was bogus, and it appears as if the investigators were engaged in a coverup rather than a genuine investigation into the real cause of the 3 buildings rapid and complete collapses.

You can view a short video of Peter Ketcham speaking on the topic here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoCS6lNpqhE

In his speech Ketcham challenges NIST to release all the computer modelling data and and all the associated data and calculations it has used to reach the conclusions that the buildings collapses were gravity driven collapses as a natural consequence of fires and damage from the aircraft hits in the case of WTC 1 & 2, and in the particular case of WTC 7, solely gravity driven and a consequence of internal building fires. (This building was not hit by an aircraft and had some damage in one corner of the building from falling debris which NIST says did not play any part in inducing its collapse.)

NIST has so refused to publicly release all their computer modelling data and to "show their work" for the collaspe of WTC 7 with the excuse that to do so would harm US national security.

Ketcham references an article, 15 years later: On the Physics of High Rise Building Collapses, which appeared in the magazine of the European Physical Society, Europhysics News, and is posted on line here: http://www.europhysicsnews.org/articles/epn/pdf/2016/04/epn2016474p21.pdf
