What caricature of democracy did you get in the Liberals' MyDemocracy.ca survey?

Ho boy, just when you thought the giant tire fire of electoral reform currently burning in Ottawa was about to simmer down, the Liberals went and poured kerosene all over it.

MyDemocracy.ca, Minister Maryam Monsef's attempt to solve the gridlock (that she created) in Parliament over the way Canada decides elections, is, to put it bluntly, a train wreck. A hilarious, flaming, garbage-hauling train wreck.

Choices

RUBE. You like your democracy simple or not at all, preferably the latter. Whatever Justin says is fine with you, even if he said the opposite thing last year (or last week).

DEPLORABLE. You thought public consultations recommending proportional representation ought to result in government implementing it. You're a fool and probably hurt puppies for fun.

IDIOT. As soon as you hear the word "equation," you duck like a Conservative at a climate change conference. You certainly don't trust anything with an acronym, unless it starts with C-S-I-S.

DIVERSOSAURUS. You want diverse representation in your governments, even though you know full well that it will take three hours to vote, Nazis will run our country and many babies will be shot.

I didn't take the stupid quiz because it makes a mockery of the hard work the special committee accomplished, taking the opinions of experts and concerned citizens and proposing a robust democratic alternative to our current archaic electoral system.
