The Hospital Employees’ Union is B.C.’s largest health care union. Our 43,000 members work in every area of health care, including community health and community social services. We work for public, non-profit, and private employers. And as the health care services division of the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) in B.C., we are part of the largest union in Canada. Over the past six decades, HEU has made tremendous gains for health care workers in every area of their working lives, while improving the quality of care and support we all rely on.
