LeadNow's Amplify Network

The federal election is well underway and the Conservative party has been burning through the biggest election war chest in the country. We cannot outspend them, so we have to be resourceful.

The Leadnow community has created one of largest email lists in the country, and a fast growing community organizing network in key ridings.

Now they are building one of the largest social media networks in the country so they can reach millions and counter Prime Minister Harper’s multi-million dollar spin machine in a cost-effective manner.

This network is called the Amplify Network.

Here’s how it works: during key campaign moments LeadNow will send you an action alert through email asking you to share something on social media. This could be a tweet targeted at a politician with a hard-hitting question, an informative video to share on Facebook, or a compelling image encouraging people to vote.

These “social shares” will change depending on the moment and on the campaign and sharing it will take only a few seconds.

The idea that by working together, LeadNow can reach millions of people across the country and encourage them to join us in moving Canada forward for an open democracy, a fair economy and a safe climate. All it takes is for us to share our messages, values and actions as one voice.

Social media is one of the most powerful communication tools in the world. It can make and break politicians, help spark revolutions and bring funny cat videos to all of our screens.

Now it’s time for us to harness that power and use it to hold government accountable and defeat the Harper Conservatives.

Join Amplify and help fight for an open democracy, a fair economy and a safe climate.
