Who is Benjamin Fulford?

He is former editor-in-chief for Asian affairs at Forbes magazine, and as reported in Wikipedia, is the great-grandson of George Taylor Fulford, "the first Canadian fatal automobile accident victim on record," but more significantly, "the largest single shareholder in General Electric and was considering buying a company called General Motors."  It goes on to say:
