From time to time users experience issues with the cache on the site. If you believe you are logged in and should be able to access the page you are trying to reach, please go to your browsers options and clear your cache.

A simple test to diagnose the issue is to try another web browser than the one you are using (firefox, chrome, safari, opera, explorer, etc), or someone elses computer/internet connection.
