Watch: MP Andrew Cash states Bill C-51 is unacceptable

NDP MP Andrew Cash addressed the crowd at the May 30 Stop C-51 rally in Toronto.

On those same Ontario Legislature steps was where the largest mass arrest in Canada occured during the 2010 G20 protests. If Bill C-51 had predated those protests, what would have happened?
