I rode my bicycle today, but that is because the edge of the streets is mostly clear of ice where I live. I leave cycling under icy conditions to younger people, but I suddenly felt so free.
One thing that feels good and costs nothing (except possibly transport) is going through your clothes and closets for things you really don't wear and giving them to charities. Idem other superflous household goods.

Looking at photos of beautiful creatures! Trump ain't gonna grab THAT pussy, or he'll be short a hand.
I hike, try to keep alcohol consumption to 2 units a day, and so on. I quit smoking almost 2 decades ago. That includes the fun stuff. I accept that my body is getting older and, therefore, I can't do what I once could do. That includes mental stuff.
Gracefully surrendering the things of youth. That's it. I don't look my age at all and I plan to live to 100.
Yeah, I know, that's going to piss off a lot of people. Get in line! lol

Don't know how much a "unit" is, but I'm not down to 2 yet.

21 years for me. Best goddam thing I ever did. Congrats, ikosmos.

Well, I do make exceptions where fun is involved. My quitting is strictly the nicotine type.

I refuse to face reality. I'm getting younger every day. That includes my

Never.
I don't look my age at all and I plan to live to 100.
Ask not for whom the bell tolls.
My secret: I keep worrying about what will happen to youth and the planet after I'm gone. It does spur some smidgen of involvement in the proverbial movement.
Probably around 3 units, though some dry days and spells- i.e. half a bottle of wine. There are six units (standard glasses) in a 750ml wine bottle. I think a normal-sized bottle of beer is also a unit, and a shotglass of hard stuff, though it is extremely rare that I drink anything but wine, with supper. I also like cider, though I find our ciders often too sweet - there are drier ones in northwestern France (Brittany and Normandy) and the West Country of England. There are some good dry Québec ciders, but they are often pricy. I'm a cheap drunk...
I never smoked cigarettes. No merit - my dad died of it when I was 15. Lung cancer did him in, after two heart attacks, phlebitis and other smoking-related ills. Since I don't like smoking, I've never consumed much of the funny stuff, except when available in a non-smokable form. I'd certainly be entitled to medical marijuana, as I have arthriits. I'd love it as a tea. Though it is important not to abuse that either.
My main drug is of course caffeine.
As I said, it is hard for me to keep as fit as I'd like in the winter. When there is no snow I cycle every day, when I have time for at least a couple of hours. I do walk a lot but can't walk as fast as I used to due to the bouts with arthritis. I do stretching exercises with little weights, but it isn't enough.
I didn't go to the Women's March today due to work deadlines - and I actually don't feel guilty.
When I'm in a position of listing off the mountain of privlige upon which I stand, I still include able. Turned 65 recently, and the cracks are starting to show. Did the Toronto Women's march today, and I have to say it damned near did me in. I'm joining a local community center probably next week, and will try to get some regular workouts going, as well as getting my swimming muscles back. I used to be good for a mile in a pool. Quit smoking almost 30 years ago, still smoke a very occasional doobie. Should drink less and drop a few pounds.
The seniors discount at the communiity centre makes it super cheap, and they have everything the LA Fitness place close to me has.
