The poster has come out now saying that he is the author of these articles. He seems to get offended and take it personally if you do not like them.
These posts are shameless attempts to drive traffic to this poster's website. I would not have a problem with this if it were more transparent. We all write for comment but to not say it is his and then demand after the fact respect for the article meant for someone posting here does not seem reasonable to me.
To be fair, if you go back a ways, he owned it then too.
But it's still kind of strange. Particularly when babble goes out of its way to host a forum called "news by the rest of us. You post your original article; we comment!" in which he could post his writings exactly as intended.
