babble is rabble.ca's discussion board but it's much more than that: it's an online community for folks who just won't shut up. It's a place to tell each other — and the world — what's up with our work and campaigns.
How the Smashing Pumpkins’ Billy Corgan Became an SJW-Hating Conservative Crusader
I can't get the link to work, but there's a You Tube video of Maureen Tucker, drummer for the Velvet Underground, railing against "socialism" at a Tea Party rally a few years back.
And judging by his choice of venue(Infowar), Corrigan is attracted to purportedly anti-establishment politics, which often draws you into conspiracy theories which, in turn, often draws you into right-wing crankery.
Personally, I never really held out much hope that Scott Baio would be an avatar of progressive values. Not that I ever gave the matter much thought.
The Fonz spoke out about the expansion of Heathrow Airport a few years back...

The term "Social Justice Warrior" is a vicious smear.
It is intended to convey two ugly untruths:
1)The claim that people(especially women)who challenge bigotry in online comments sections do nothing else to fight for their beliefs besides posting online(never mind that, for some people, online posting is the only form of activism available to them and that it is just as valid a form of political expression as anything else);
2)The claim that people categorized as "SJWs" are only challenging online bigotry because "they want attention"(which is also related to the right-wing canard that nobody actually cares about bigotry or disagrees with the right on the actual merits of any issues).
Being hip is no guarantee of being progressive.

Et tu Chachi?
Anyone who guests on Info Wars is a right wing asshole.
Alex Jones likes to come across as 'anti-establishment' but in reality he is an establishment shill and your garden variety RWNJ.
Never liked the Smashing Pumpkins anyway...Corgan doesn't sing,he whines..And apparently the whining doesn't stop with just with his music.
Wait are Social justice Warriors good or bad?
They mean well.
They are akin to red necks, i.e. something that people who don't like them call them.
