Just wanted to introduce myself...My name is Matthew. I'm an Ontario Security Guard fighting to change the wages for all guards in the province. Together we can make this happen! I'll be posting a petition you, your family & coworkers may fill out. Thanks everyone...great to be here!!!

Are you presently unionized? 

What percentage of the ontario security guards are presently unionized in Ontario?

What are the union and non-union wages?

Hello, Thank you for the warm welcome. I am currently unionized with UFCW Local 333. As far as unionized guards go...we are trying to unionize as many guards as we can. The struggles of guards goes a long way. The wages all depend on contracts...the lower the contract, the lower the wage. The sad reality is that most guards in the province of Ontario make minimum wage.
