Canada Border Services raid highlights risks for undocumented migrants

There are thousands of undocumented workers in Canada. Their stories are mostly hidden from view. But a recent raid on a construction site in Vancouver put migrant workers in the spotlight. The raid has sparked outrage after it was revealed that it was filmed for a U.S. reality TV show about the work of the Canada Border Services Agency. Byron Cruz is with Sanctuary Health, an organization that was created after Canada’s new immigration laws came into effect last year. Byron Cruz speaks with Redeye host Jane Williams.
